Onyxpaw is quite and ornery apprentice. Her temper has a short fuse, and tends to get agitated easily. Becase of her past experiances, she has a rather cold, and hateful personality to her. She is only kind to Stoneclaw, because he is her mentor, and Dawnstar, because she is her clans leader. She doesn't conversate with the other apprentices much, and will show little friendlyness towards them. She is quite a hot-head aswell, and her anger issues tend to get the better of her. If anyone judges her on how she acts or where she came from, she will either burst into tears, or burst into a hissing, yowling fit.

Onyxpaw was raised in the localy known Goreclan. Her mother was a well-known warrior, her name was Dustsky. Onyxpaw's father however, was a rogue, his name and apperance didn't exist for Onyxpaw. Onyxpaw was at the age of six-moons when the truth came out that her mother had been seeing a rouge, and the clan was ordered to kill Dustsky and Onyxkit. The deputy of Goreclan, Ravenblood, talked the Goreclan leader into letting her live, since she was the strongest apprentice of the clan. The leader didn't buy it, and put Onyxpaw to a test, "You have to kill your matriarch, your mother." The leader explained. Onyxpaw didn't want to do this, but it was either, stay a 'kit' for life, die, or kill her mother. Onyxpaw's mother was very weak, for she had contracted Green-caugh. Onyxpaw asked her mother to come to the clearing of camp, and stood there, with narrowed eyes and a pain-filled expression, "I'm sorry Ma-ma" she spoke her last words as she leapt at her weak mother, pinning her easily to the ground and using her claws, and sliced down the exposed, soft stomach flesh, puss, blood, and small ligaments swelled from the wound. Her heart welched, and she felt herself changing. Moons went by and she left the clan, after a raid. She found herself near another clan, Riverclan. She was offered to join, and she did. She looks back on the day of her test, and scowls herself fore it, yet she loved the feeling of blood ooze her pelt and claws. Could she have felt pleasure in killing her mother? Surely not, but she doesn't seem to know.
